Taking a nap in the middle of the day can be beneficial when you are feeling run down, but indulging in too many naps can have the opposite effect.

Too much sleep can negatively affect the energy cycle of your cells and intensify your grogginess since a short nap doesn’t include the full sleep cycle.

Limit your naps to 20-30 minute intervals to make the most of your mid-day rest!
