6. Hydrogenated Oils


These types of oils are notoriously linked to heart disease, immune system deficiency, and of course cancer.

Vegetable oil, one of the most commonly used kinds of hydrogenated oil, is so dangerous because many varieties are high in deadly trans fats. Trans fats are not the healthy kind of fat.

Even the FDA has stated that trans fats should generally not be regarded as safe for consumption, contrary to their former opinion.

A great way to substitute hydrogenated oils in your diet is to use olive, coconut, or grapeseed oil.

For cooking, grapeseed oil is a fantastic option since it has a higher “smoke point” (the point at which the heated oil begins to produce carcinogens) in comparison to other oils.

Instead of finding cure for cancer, is is important to find the cause.There are many people who believe that advertising of good food is honest.Nothing artificial in food processing is good, but more harmful.Practically every thing we eat is harmful because it is not natural. Learn to eat fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains and do normal exercise instead of joining fitness institutes. Deep breathing is a very good exercise without any cost.Ron.

    • Ron, Any chance you can give me a good set of exercises to do at my Home. I’m age 72 and have haqd two cancer operations. One for Skin Cancer. I used to surf a lot and the other operation was on my Colon. Since that time a little over a year has passed and No re-occurance has happened. I’d like to work out at Home but do not know what exercises should be my choice, please help! Thanking you in advance,Stuart

        Ron, I suggest tai-chi and chi gong. Both promote balance, coordination, and flexibility an tension release. Some senior and community centers offer them. Both involve slow and rhythmic movements w/o the use of force or heavy lifting.

  2. Tell everybody to look for High Fructose Corn Syrup in the ingredients before buying the product. FCS fools the brain. The brain does not recognize FCS and stores it as fat. It is in DIET drinks, so people think they will lose weight by drinking it. What a shame and it is not even listed on sodas! That should be outlawed!

  3. Pretty much what doesn’t cause cancer anymore? All these chemicals everywhere. Even proved the chemicals on our furniture does it.

  4. I think pollution will kill most of us of before most of these will. Stop China from producing all this throw away **** and America from living over the top. Then we can start thinking about what we eat.

  5. Fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms that follow organic practices ( for example no pesticides sprayed on apples or other vegetables and fruit. )

  6. The main thing in all of this information, is not to say like Adam and Keith, that everything is so tainted with chemicals these days, so what’s the point.
    This article is excellent in the sense that it gives out good info (I already know about these tainted foods, and I have adjusted my life style accordingly!), but also and more importantly; it should make you think! Use your God-given ability to think and reason; find out what is good for you and what is not. It is absolutely possible to live without these corrupted foods! Find substitutes, natural foods untainted by the food industry!
